 Kevin Terrell  


Kevin has more than 20 years of leadership experience in top performing organizations, including McKinsey & Company and General Electric, and P & L ownership in firms ranging from Fortune 500 to startups. Functionally, Kevin has led all facets of go-to-market teams including overseeing Voice of Customer, marketing, product development, sales, business development, pricing and strategy.


He was also a 6 Sigma Black Belt at General Electric, and has led cross-functional teams to deliver IT, operational and engineering solutions. His industry experience includes healthcare, B2B and financial services, manufacturing, construction, government and non-profits. In 2014 he co-founded Start Reading Now, a research-based non-profit that serves thousands of low-income kids each year.


Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and he completed his international business studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. He earned his BA in German and Political Science from the University of Nebraska, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Lisa Myers

Lisa has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience, with a focus on incentives and branding. Lisa honed her skills at Carlson Marketing and Yamamoto Moss, where she developed customer experience strategies for B2B and B2C Fortune 1000 clients.


At Katana, Lisa focuses on listening to and translating Voice of Customer into actionable solutions that drive improved processes and bottom line results.


Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and she earned her BS in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
